What's the difference between touchless and friction washing?
- Touchless washes rely on high-pressure water and detergents without brushes touching your vehicle. Friction washes use soft cloth materials to help remove stubborn dirt. Both systems provide excellent cleaning performance, and Koala Wash offers customers a choice. If you get a wash pass, the choice bay will be automatically set to soft-touch in case you ever want that.

Are Koala Wash Passes unlimited?
- No. Koala Wash Passes include a set number of washes each month and are designed to provide exceptional value for frequent washers.
How many washes are included?
- Each Koala Wash Pass includes up to 15 washes per month per car. It works like a shared plan, so if you have 2 cars on the pass, you get 30 washes to share between those 2 cars and so on.
Can I add another vehicle?
- Yes. We offer reduced family pricing for additional vehicles.
Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel your pass at any time.
Do Pass holders get free vacuums?

Should I wash my car during the winter?

Can I wash my car when it's freezing outside?
- Yes. Winter washing is important, and modern wash systems are designed to operate effectively during cold weather. However, once it gets below 15 degrees, we do shut the wash down for the safety of both the equipment and your car (doors like to freeze closed).
